Enclosure modelling, driver selection and circuit design happen in-house, so a specification can be argued about and changed rather than accepted from a supplier.

Design, board assembly, cabinet work and final test happen in one facility in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. That is what lets CKS change a specification, quote a custom build, and stand behind the result rather than forwarding the question to someone else.

Panels are cut and routed on the CNC, then assembled and finished as cabinets on the same floor, which is what keeps tolerances and turnaround under our own control.
Board-level electronics, driver fitting and wiring looms are built to the drawing, with sub-assemblies staged so a run can be traced back to its components.
Every unit is bench-measured and burned in before it ships. Quality control sits next to production rather than at the end of a contract with somebody else.
